Great Tibetan Practice

The most important aspect of practicing the Medicine Buddha Health Meditation Tantric Method is "purifying the mind and rectifying the source," which is "cultivating the mind." "Cultivating the mind" refers to establishing a healthy programming system for the brain and purifying the spiritual world.
Those who practice should adhere to the principles of "peace of mind, naturalness and non-action, and wisdom arising from tranquility," maintaining a stable mood, emotions, and feelings at all times, being content with whatever comes their way, and always facing life's disappointments, setbacks, and misfortunes with an open mind.
Those who cultivate should be humble, cautious, and modest, avoiding boasting and spreading rumors. They should have a broad mind like the ocean, always possessing a kind and egalitarian heart, and loving and helping one another.
Those who cultivate themselves must learn to "not get angry." Anger is the root of all illnesses, and many modern medical reports have confirmed that anger, especially great anger, is very harmful to the body. One should not have excessive desires, but maintain a calm, equal, and pure mind. This will bring about inner peace, selflessness, fearlessness, and freedom from worry, and illness will naturally stay away from us.
Practicing the Medicine Buddha Health Meditation Tantra can help one establish a new outlook on life and values, and one should strive to practice it.
